Values-in-Action!

On October 19th, iSTEM Students attended the Values in Action Kickoff at Lubrizol Corporation in Wickliffe.  Project Love is a school-based, character-development initiative of Values-in-Action Foundation.  Values-in-Action Foundation is a character-building education and training organization. Through school workshops, community events, leadership training and media programs, Values-in-Action empowers teens to build communities of kindness, caring and respect by putting their values-in-action wherever they go.

Junior Achievement Awards
Junior Achievement Awards have been received!  Our iSTEM'ers have completed the first session, It's My Future, with VOLUNTEER, Miranda Puthoff, CEO, from the Lake County Education FCU. Our students have learned about what you should and shouldn't do in the arena of career exploration, as a close-up overview of job options and preparation for their futures.  iSTEM'ers self-branded and explored specific job titles and descriptions, prepared for job interviews and resume writing. Our iSTEM'er's continue to discover!  Can't wait to see what's next!
