Ms. Morse-Slivka has been working in the School environment for over 29 years, beginning at Metzenbaum School, the Geauga County Educational Service Center and now iSTEM.
Glee grew up in Geauga County, graduating from Chardon High School. She has two beautiful daughters, Taylor age 21 and Rachel, 18, who also graduated from Chardon and are now enrolled in college pursuing a career in the medical field. Mrs. Slivka helped with the formation of a Crisis Response Team at The Chardon United Methodist Church. She is currently the secretary for the Ohio Red Knights Chapter 1 Club, which was the first Firefighters Motorcycle Club formed in Ohio by her late father. She also recently became a volunteer at Rescue Village because of her love for animals. She enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time with her family, and spoiling her three dogs.
Ms. Slivka is beyond excited to be a part of iSTEM because of its determination to pave the way for the future of education. Ms. Slivka is very proud to be a part of this innovative program. She looks forward to seeing the first graduating class of 2019, as well as many more to come.
