Painesville, OH — The iSTEM Governing Board officially approved the relocation of iSTEM to the Auburn Career Center campus during a Special Board Meeting held on March 23, 2026.

This decision follows a comprehensive process in which the Governing Board and school leadership carefully researched, evaluated, and considered multiple options. The process included an in-depth review of facilities, programming opportunities, financial impact, and long-term sustainability to ensure the best possible outcome for students and the iSTEM community.

This strategic move marks an exciting new chapter for iSTEM, creating expanded opportunities for students through enhanced programming, increased access to resources, and a more centralized learning environment.

The partnership with Auburn Career Center will allow iSTEM to strengthen its focus on STEM education while expanding access to Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways, College Credit Plus (CCP) opportunities, and a state-of-the-art facility.
